הלקוח רשאי לבטל את העסקה בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ"א – 1981, כפוף לכך שהמוצר יוחזר באריזתו המקורית, שלם ו/או ללא פגיעה ו/או נזק ו/או פגם ו/או קלקול מכל מין וסוג שהוא.
החזרת המוצר אפשרית עד 14 ימים מיום הקניה.
במידה וטרם נשלח המוצר ליעדו תבוטל העסקה-לא יחויב כרטיס האשראי של הרוכש.
במידה והמוצר נשלח/ הגיע לבית לקוח, באפשרות הלקוח לבטל את העסקה ולקבל כספו בחזרה, בניכוי דמי ביטול לפי החוק , לאחר החזרת המוצר לכתובת רחוב העליה 6/10 בנצרת עילית בתיאום מראש (פיסית או באמצעות משלוח על חשבון המזמין).
בכל מקרה לא יזוכו דמי המשלוח.
במקרה של ביטול העסקה רשאי העוסק לגבות מהלקוח דמי ביטול בסך 5% מערך העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם.
